The game machine includes: game control means that executes each of a plurality of types of game control processes of a game in any one control of a main control and an interrupt control; restoration instruction means that, upon receiving a start instruction from the game control means, starts measurement of a lapse time, executes a restoration instruction to the game control means on the basis of determining that the lapse time exceeds a specific time, and initializes the lapse time on the basis of receiving an initialization instruction from the game control means; and voltage monitoring means that, when a voltage of a monitored power-supply line becomes lower than a lower limit voltage, can assert a low-voltage signal to be output to the game control means and, when the voltage of the power-supply line becomes higher than the lower limit voltage, can negate the low-voltage signal. A start instruction is outputted after the low-voltage signal has been changed from the assert state to the negate state.
