A third guide portion 323L is inclined downward from a front side 304F to a rear side 304B and toward the side of a fourth guide portion 324L. As a result, the ball having rolled leftward and rightward on a rolling surface 301A and then on the right side of the fourth guide portion 324L rides on the front portion of the wide third guide portion 323L and is then returned obliquely backward to the left side into the fourth guide portion 324L. After this, the ball is returned back again to the right side. By this energy, the ball rides over the narrower third guide portion 323L into a second guide portion 322L and is guided into a first startup wining port 13a by the first guide portion 321.
