To provide a game machine allowing complicated and advanced performance operation without increasing a processing load imposed on a CPU.
Drive units 36, 29, 30, where a plurality of drivers DRij are disposed, are provided, and serial ports S0-S2, which output a clock signal CKi and a serial signal SDATAi to the respective drive units, are provided in a performance control unit 22'. A game machine performs: first processing (ST33) for outputting first address data for identifying one of the drivers to a transmission data register; second processing (ST35) for outputting second address data for identifying one of lamps that can be driven by the drivers to the transmission register at timing when new data can be outputted to the transmission data register; and third processing (ST39) for outputting lighting data for prescribing a lighting state of the lamp identified by the second address data to the transmission data register at timing when the new data can be outputted to the transmission data register.
