Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data capacity by reducing two lottery tables which have been conventionally necessary to one, in a game machine for performing a lottery with a different presentation for each of two states (in a low probability and in a high probability).SOLUTION: A same common lottery table is referred to in two states (in a low probability and in a high probability). In the common lottery table, presentations frequently used in a low probability are set to the upper side, and presentations frequently used in a high probability are set to the lower side. Numerical values of the common lottery table are sequentially added, and a presentation is selected on the basis of the number of times of addition at the time when a predetermined reference value (random number value) is exceeded. In the low probability, processing in an ascending order, that is, a sequential addition from the upper side numerical value is performed, and in the high probability, processing in a descending order, that is, the numerical value is sequential added from the lower side. By reversing a reading order of the table, it is possible to obtain different lottery results in two states while using the same table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
