Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of favorably handling a coupling object.SOLUTION: A memory module 133 stores image data corresponding to a plurality of types of objects and still images. VDP 135 executes geometric operation including arrangement processing of image data on a world coordinate system on the basis of a drawing instruction of a display CPU 131, and executes rendering including projection processing to a projection plate so as to create drawing data as two-dimensional data. When projecting to the projection pane, hidden-surface processing using a Z buffer 143 is executed. In that case, a plurality of types of coupling objects are stored as image data for displaying a same character. The coupling objects are so set that positions of the coupling parts are differentiated mutually. When the character is displayed, any of the plurality of types of coupling objects is selected as a display object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 58
