Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of compressing a code capacity of main control.SOLUTION: A module of state off-set acquisition processing which calculates unique state off-set in accordance with a game state on the basis of a time-shortening flag and a variable probability flag stored in a RAM 76 includes: two LDQ instructions which load the time-shortening flag and the variable probability flag to a general purpose register; an XOR instruction which takes an exclusive OR of the time-shortening flag and the variable probability flag; and two ADD instructions for adding a double value of the variable probability flag to the exclusive OR. By using the LDQ instruction for loading each flag, a code amount can be compressed by 1 byte for each case in comparison with the case that the LD instruction is used. By using the ADD instruction twice for adding the double value of the variable probability flag, the code amount can be compressed by 1 byte in comparison with the case that the RLC instruction and the ADD instruction are combined. By configuring the module thus, it is possible to contribute to compression of the code amount as the entire main control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 57
