PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an interest in a game in a game machine.SOLUTION: A game machine comprises: game control means which controls execution of a game; a variable winning device which has an opening/closing member changeable in an open state and a closed state and is controlled by the game control means; performance control means which controls a game performance; and a decorative movable member which is movable between a first position and a second position and controlled by the performance control means. The decorative movable member is moved from the first position to the second position when the opening/closing member of the variable winning device is changed from the closed state to the open state, and is moved from the second position to the first position when the opening/closing member of the variable winning device is changed from the open state to the closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 131
