A display controller 314 selects a display data table to be used corresponding to a command from a sound lamp controller 313 and stores it in a display data table buffer 433b. Then, every time drawing processing for one frame is completed, 1 is added to a pointer 433e, image contents to be drawn next are specified based on the drawing contents defined at an address indicated by the pointer 433e in the display data table stored in the display data table buffer 433b, a drawing list is prepared, the drawing list is transmitted to an image controller 437, and thus the drawing of the image is instructed. Thus, since the drawing contents are specified in the order defined in the display data table according to the updating of the pointer 433e, the image as defined in the display data table is displayed at a third symbol display device 281.
