The game medium dispenser 20 which receives a test mode shift command from a pre-paid system management computer 50 changes-over the operation into a test mode by a mode changeover means 29 so as to make a machine number-corresponding generation pulse number conversion storage means 29 calculate and store the numbers of the respective pulses in a sale signal for testing, a consumption signal, and a replay signal which correspond to a machine number stored in a machine number storage means 27. When a test pulse output indication is received from the pre-paid system management computer 50, the dispenser makes an external output pulse generating means 25 generate the respective test signals of the number of pulses stored in the machine number-corresponding generation pulse number conversion storage means 29, and transmits the signals to a hall computer 40 via a hall computer relay board 30 as the test signals.
