Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera apparatus with a game processing auxiliary function which enables executing of a series of game operations based on an image taken and a game system which enables executing of a series of game on a screen of a display device such as TV monitor.
SOLUTION: A digital camera is provided with a start image setting means 112 by which desired images are reproduced out of images recorded on a recording medium and are combined to be displayed in an array and a game execution means 113 in which after user's operation, an operation of changing the combination is repeated, then stopped after a desired timing or the passage of a fixed time to evaluate the combination of the images and the results are reported to the user by the display of score or voice, sounds, light, characters or the like. An external image reproducer such as TV monitor is connected to build a game system using the digital camera as game operating device and the external image reproducer 200 as display device. Thus, a game that allows a number of participants, for example, a series of game plays in a party site or the like is executed.
