To provide a gaming machine and a play method of the gaming machine which achieves new entertaining potentialities.
In the gaming machine, for example, betting on a roulette game displayed on a roulette device is done by players operating a gaming terminal. In the progress of the roulette game, the bet placement by the players with the gaming terminal is not received during the period regarded as being improper for the reception of bets on the current roulette game. The players yet to take parts in the roulette game can bet on a sub game related to the result of the roulette game ongoing during the period of receiving no bet placement.
