Abstract:
To increase the variations of a symbol rearranging mode in a gaming machine with mechanical reels.
A gaming machine includes a reel assembly M1 having: a plurality of reels having a plurality of symbols attached to the external surfaces; and a backlight device M7 illuminating each of the reels from the interiors. The symbols include a variable symbol CS displaying different symbols in accordance with the emission color of the backlight device M7. The variable symbol CS displays a first symbol when the emission color of the backlight device M7 is a first emission color, and displays a second symbol when the emission color is a second emission color.
