To completely conceal a gap between a casing and a protection cover, and to make appearance favorable, in the cap cover for piping used in an indoor machine of an air conditioner.
A gap cover 1 for piping is constituted of an attachment base 2 and a cover piece 3. The cover piece 3 has a cover body 31 and a casing engagement piece 32. The casing engagement piece 32 has a first engagement part 32a suitable for a curved face shape of a connecting port when the connecting port is formed into the curved face shape in such a case that the piping is derived from the left lower part of the casing of the indoor machine to the left side, and a second engagement part 32b suitable for the curved face shape of the connecting port when the connecting port is formed into the curved face shape in such a case that the piping is derived from the right lower part of the casing of the indoor machine to the right side. In boundaries between the cover body 31 and the first engagement part 32a and the cover body and the second engagement part 32b, there are formed cut parts 32c, 32d, respectively.
