An area which corresponds to an upper part of an open part of a garbage bag 20 is cut into a recessed configuration. At this time, notched part 3 is cut out into a semi-circular or a square configuration. Incidentally, when the notched part is cut out in such a manner that tied parts 1 and 2 are provided on both ends of the upper part of the open part of the garbage bag 20, the notched part may be cut out into any configuration. As a consequence, after the garbage is filled in the garbage bag 20, the tied parts 1 and 2 can be easily tied which will facilitate the judgment on how much garbage can be filled in the bag.
