To provide a garbage collection accumulation box with an emergency kit storage box configured in such a way that emergency kits used in case of a natural disaster are installed in a place which is easier to access and out of the way, and stored emergency kits can be taken out easily and also can be kept.

A garbage collection storage box with an emergency kit accumulation box includes: an emergency kit storage box 3 in which emergency kits are stored; a garbage collection accumulation box 2 having at its front or top an opening/closing door 12 through which garbage is collected; and a connecting part 11 connected to the emergency kit storage box 3 via a storage box moving device 4 which moves the emergency kit storage box 3 above the garbage collection accumulation box 2. When the garbage collection accumulation box 2 is in use, the emergency kit storage box 3 retreats using the storage box moving device 4 so as not to cover the opening/closing door 12 of the garbage collection accumulation box 2 from above. When the garbage collection accumulation box 2 is not in use for garbage collection, the emergency kit storage box advances using the storage box moving device 4 so as to cover the opening/closing door 12 of the garbage collection accumulation box 2 from above.
