To provide a garbage crushing apparatus which uses a small number of required parts and does not causes clogging of garbage at a discharge port of a crushing vessel.

This garbage crushing apparatus has: (a) the crushing vessel 10 disposed in a fixed manner at the lower side of a sink so that the inside of the vessel communicates with a draining port of the sink; and (b) rotary blades 56, 75 provided inside the vessel 10 so as to rotate integrally with a rotary shaft 40 disposed at the center of the vessel 10, and a fixed blade 66, and holds and cuts charged garbage with the rotary blades 56, 75 and fixed blade 66, wherein the planar shape of the fixed blade 66 is formed to entirely cover the discharge port 34 of a bottom 32 of the crushing vessel 10 from above.
