Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a foaming phenomenon, to reduce running cost and to prevent the discharge of malodorous gas to the outside.
SOLUTION: Water column pressure gauges 51 are provided to the ceiling part of a treatment tank main body 1 wherein garbage is treated in treatment water and the gas-water separation chamber 3 provided above the ceiling part to control the ceiling part and the gas-water separation chamber to negative pressure by an air blower 26. The gas-water mixture generated in the treatment tank main body is sucked under negative pressure to be passed through the gas-water passing gap 10 and exhaust gas passing gap 13 which are formed by the exhaustion control part 9, diffusion plate disc 4 and gas-water separation plate 7 provided in the gas-water separation chamber 3 not only to perform gas-water separation but also to collape foam. The slurry-like garbage feed pipe 34 on the suction side of a transfer air lifter 30 for transferring garbage is allowed to communicate with the ceiling part held to negative pressure and the residue feed pipe 39 on the suction side of a residue taking-out air lifter 35 is allowed to communicate with the residue drying tank 38 held to negative pressure by the suction of an air jet pipe 19 ejecting air by the negative pressure in the treatment tank main body to suck and transfer residue.
