PURPOSE: To provide a garbage disposal container for resource reuse in a simple structure and at a low cost, in which a compost can be brought up by accumulating the garbage generated in a home in the container without disposing it to the outside.

CONSTITUTION: A thin sheet material 1 is formed by mixing diffusingly carbon short fiber in a paper pulp uniformly and in a state to be electrified and belt type electrodes are formed on both right/left edges of the sheet material and a paper heating element is constituted by that the sheet material 1 including these electrodes is covered with a waterproofing insulating synthetic resin film. The paper heating element is arranged on the bottom plate 5 or body part 6 of the container provided with an opening/closing cover 4 and a lead wire 7 is extended from the paper heating element to the outside of the container and a plug 8 is provided on its tip.
