To increase crushing effect of garbage by incorporating a spiral crushing pawl into a feeding tank.

A feeding tank 2 has a crushing transfer cylinder 14 and right and left feeding cylinders 12, 13 arranged in the center thereof and on both sides of the cylinder 14 respectively. In the crushing transfer cylinder 14, a spiral blade 15 is freely rotatably arranged in the longitudinal direction, and furthermore, on the inner peripheral wall of the crushing transfer cylinder 14, horizontal blades 16 of plural stages are provided projectingly in positions in which they do not interfere with the spiral blade 15. The spiral blade 15 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft 17 in a spiral and the spiral end edge thereof forms a cutting blade 15'. And the horizontal blades 16 are provided projectingly by four every stage on the inner peripheral wall of the crushing transfer cylinder 14 at intervals of 90° from all sides, and the blade 16 is formed into a rectangle whose one end edge is formed into a blade body 16' and it is a little inclined in the direction of the blade body 16'. In this way, garbage fed into the feeding tank 2 is shredded while crushed between the spiral blade 15 and the horizontal blades 16 during the transfer of the garbage by the spiral blade from the lower end to the upper end in the crushing transfer cylinder 14.
