To provide a garbage disposal system, a treatment apparatus, and a treatment method for easily suppressing, without requiring a large amount of fund, malodor which develops in garbage disposal by biodegradation treatment.

There are proposed: a garbage disposal method which uses a water seal pump; a garbage disposal apparatus provided with the water seal pump; and a garbage disposal system provided with a garbage treatment vessel, the water seal pump, a blower, a heater, and a water tank layer. As the water seal pump, that of the eccentric type is preferably used.
