PURPOSE: To surely take out dried garbage by a simple mechanism and to increase the housing amount of garbage for the volume of a housing vessel for housing it.

CONSTITUTION: A housing vessel 9 in which garbage is agitated is constituted of a vessel whose upper part is opened. The housing vessel 9 is oscillated at a prescribed angle by a driving means thereof. After garbage is dried, the housing vessel 9 is vertically contrarotated and the dried garbage is allowed to fall and taken out. Thereby large amount of garbage is housed into a small housing vessel 9 and the whole body is uniformly dried. This garbage finished in drying is surely taken out by a simple mechanism.
