In the garbage disposer which performs a garbage decomposition process, a disposal tank 10 which receives a disposal medium including microbes and the garbage, an intake 46, an air suction duct 48, joins 3a and 3b, an air suction channel which introduces the air into the disposal tank 10 constituted of an air suction hose 3, joints 4a and 4b, an exhaust hose 4, an exhaust duct 49, a heating duct 50, ducts 56, 58 and 82, an exhaust fan 55, a deodorizing tank induction duct 59, a medium container 63, an ultraviolet sterilization unit 83, an exhaust channel which exhausts the gas from the disposal tank 10 constituted of an exhaust cylinder 85, a deodorizing device 60 which is installed in the exhaust channel and deodorizes the exhaust gas and a heat exchanger 47 which is set up in the upstream side, of the deodorizing device 60, of the exhaust channel and carries out a heat exchange between the exhaust gas and the sucked air on the air suction side are provided.
