To provide a garbage disposer constituted so that the garbage hammered out of a crushing part can be prevented from being fixed to the inside surface of a treatment tank.
The garbage crushed in the crushing part 10 and hammered out of the part 10 is sent into the treatment tank 21 through a conveying duct member 40 and is stuck to the inside surface of the tank 21 opposed to a carry-in port 22-formed face. The carry-in port 22 is arranged on the side face in the rotational range of an agitation blade 32. Since the rotational operation of the blade 32 is started at once when the crushing operation of the part 10 is started, the garbage stuck to the inside surface can be scraped off. Therefore, the garbage can be prevented from being stuck, accumulated and fixed to the inside surface.
