To provide a garbage disposer capable of fracturing a tough continuous fiber such as vegetables.
A fifth rotatable fracturing blade 18 having fracturing holes 37 penetrated in a disc from its top to flip side is disposed at the undermost part and a fourth stationary fracturing blade 17 is made to touch the surface of the fifth rotatable fracturing blade 18. A garbage dropped on the plane of the fifth rotatable fracturing blade 18 from the upward is cut by the edges of the fracturing holes and the fourth stationary fracturing blade 17 to fall from the fracturing holes. A thin and tough continuous fiber can be surly cut without being clogged in the gap of the fracturing blades. The number of fracturing times is increased by forming many fracturing holes so as to enhance fracturing efficiency. A drain pipe is not clogged since only a constant amount of a fracturing object is always discharged because the fracturing object falls only from the fracturing holes.
