To provide a garbage disposer which can uniformly heat steamed rice and cooked noodles even in a mixed disposal condition, and dry and biodegrade them in a short time.
Sieves 103 and 109 constituted of aramid fiber meshes are arranged at a rotary treatment tank 102 with a small upper diameter and a large lower diameter, along the side wall of the treatment tank 102. A stirring rod 108 is connected with a generator 117 to generate electricity and thus, the slower rotation of the stirring rod 108 than the rotary treatment tank 102 can be realized for stirring. Under this state, the relationship between the curved part and the rotating direction of the stirring rod 108 is determined so as to allow garbage to move toward the central upper part of the stirring rod 108 by its relative rotation. Consequently, the garbage pushed toward the central upper part passes through the sieve surface by centrifugal force and further, is pushed down by the slope of the side wall. The garbage is circulated by the stirring rod 108, then sifted by the sieves 103 and 109. Through this sifting process, the garbage transformed into the one like a pounded rice cake can be atomized and the volume reduction speed of the garbage be expedited.
