Abstract:
PURPOSE: To contrive the improvement of the drying and air exhausting efficiency in a heating and drying type garbage disposer.
CONSTITUTION: A lid 2 arranged the upper part of an inner oven 3 is provided with a fan casing 31. The fan casing 31 is provided with a centrifugal inlet fan 42 and a circulating fan 43 in such a manner that the inlet fan is disposed on the circulating fan with a common shaft 40 and with an air intake opening 35, a suction opening 36 and a blow opening 37. Since outside air is drawn in by the centrifugal inlet fan 42 high in air pressure, the reverse flow of vapor in the inner oven 3 resulting from its inner pressure can be prevented to ensure outside air intake and air exhaust. The outside air drawn in the fan casing 31 is blown from the blow opening 37 into the inner oven 3 by the circulating fan 43 and blown against raw garbage and turned round for upward flow and the resulting upward air flow is drawn from the suction opening 36 back into the fan casing 31 by the circulating fan 43 and is again blown against the raw garbage, thus producing a forced circulating air flow. By this forced circulating air flow, the drying of the raw garbage can be accelerated.
