PURPOSE: To reduce the consumption power by improving the thermal efficiency, and shorten the disposing period of time by the quick rising of a temperature when the quantity of garbage is large by providing a local heating means which heats only one part of a dryig pot.

CONSTITUTION: A lid 2 of a drying pot 1 seals a steam or odor during a drying and has a heat insulating structure, and stirring blade 3 is installed in the drying pot 1. Then, the rotating shaft of the stirring blade 3 is projected from the bottom of the pot, and one of combining parts 4 is connected, and the other of the combining parts 4 is connected to the motor shaft of a stirring motor 5. A heating part 6 is heated by heaters 7A, 7B, and locally heats the drying pot 1. A temperature detecting part 9 of the heating part 6 detects the temperature of the heating part 6, and inputs to a control unit 15. The majority of steam which is cooled by a cooling fan 16 is liquefied, and the condensed water and one part of a gas are sent to a separator 12, and the liquefied condensed water is discharged from a drainage pipe 13, and the gas is discharged from an exhaust gas pipe 14 through a deodorizing apparatus in the separator 12.
