To prevent misuse and to improve handling operability by providing a capacity excess-detecting means provided at a rear side of a cover, and a heat inhibiting means for inhibiting a heating operation by a disposal tank heater at the time of detecting by the detecting means.
A spindle 51 slidably provided through a fan cover 49 and a capacity excess switch 52 for turning off at the time of pressing the spindle 51 upward are provided in a fan case 44. A heater. section 60 has a heat collecting cap 63 for collecting heat of a disposal tank 10, a thermoswitch 64 provided at its inside, a spring 65 for pressing them upward, and a disposal tank switch 66 interlocked to the cap 63. The thermometal 64 is turned ON, OFF according to a bottom temperature of the tank 10 to hold a temperature in the tank 10 at about 120°C by a disposal tank heater 61 interlocked to the thermometal 64. If the capacity excess switch 52 or the switch 66 is turned OFF, even if a drive starting operation is conducted, the heater 61 and a load of a fan motor 47 are not energized.
