This invention is related to reutilizing the garbage after drying, crushing, agitating and compressing treatment. In order to treat the garbage of high water content, the garbage is agitated with a paddle provided at one end of a shaft attached to an agitating shaft in an agitating tank into which hot air is sent, is pulverized with a ring washer and is crushed with a chopper. An inside paddle among plural paddles is attached outward, an outside paddle is attached inward and number of the ring washers of the inside paddle is made to be larger than number of the ring washers of the outside paddle. Accordingly, efficiency of drying, agitating and pulverizing is increased by devising the attaching angle of a hot air blasting port and reutilization of a garbage treated material is also attained. At the same time, protection of global environment is attained by saving and effective utilization of thermal energy used in the treatment.
