PURPOSE: To keep a kitchen under a sanitary condition by a method wherein a garbage processing device for processing a garbage such as crude dust or the like is operated to heat and dry the crude dust, its volume and weight are reduced, a troublesome crude dust processing is eliminated and the garbage processing device is mounted at a sink part of the kitchen where the crude dust is mainly produced.
CONSTITUTION: A garbage storing container 35, a garbage feeding part 16 for feeding garbage such as crude dust or the like into the garbage storing container 35, an air blowing fan 27 and a heater 28 for heating and drying the garbage fed into the garbage storing container 35, agitating bars 45 for agitating the garbage within the garbage storing container 35 are constructed such that the garbage storing container 35 can be set to a plurality of positions and the processed dust in the garbage processing container can be easily taken out.
