Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable garbage treating machine capable of drying garbage inexpensively and securely at a low running cost by changing a catalyst heating means of an oxidation catalyst and a heating control of a heating means which heats the garbage in a storage vessel in accordance with a dried state of the garbage.
SOLUTION: The garbage treating machine is provided with a storage vessel 1 which stores the garbage, a heating means 3 which heats the garbage in the storage vessel 1, a stirring means 4 which stirs the garbage in the storage vessel 1, an exhaust path 10 which exhausts air in the storage vessel 1 from the storage vessel 1, an oxidation catalyst 11 which is disposed on the way of the exhaust path 10 and deodorizes the exhausted air, a catalyst heating means 12 which heats the oxidation catalyst 11 and a controller 16 which controls the input of the catalyst heating means 12 in accordance with the dried ratio of the garbage. As a result, the garbage treating machine enables the garbage disposal with a low electric rate.
