A cooling duct (6) to introduce and discharge outer air into and out of is installed and a condenser (2) is installed in the cooling dust. The condenser is so composed by concentrically and vertically arranging two pipes with different outer diameters as to pass air from a treatment tank between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. Covers having apertures in the center parts are installed in both upper and lower ends of the condenser and an introduction part for air in the treatment tank is formed in the upper cover and discharge parts for condensed droplets and air in the treatment tank are respectively formed in the lower cover and the introduction part is arranged slantingly to the top face of the upper cover.
