Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out undried garbage remaining in a storage tank at the time when a garbage treatment apparatus is stopped by electric power failure or trouble of the apparatus.
SOLUTION: This garbage treatment apparatus is constituted of an upper side container 11 and a lower side container 12 and the upper side container 11 and the lower side container 12 are joined by bolts 13. The upper side container is so fixed in a frame 90 by a fixing member 14 as to be immovable up and down and the lower side container 12 is supported by a lower side container supporting body 12e fixed on a spacer 92 installed on a main body base 91 in a detachable manner. In the case garbage which is not yet dried is discharged, the bolts 13 are unfastened and the spacer 92 is disassembled to separate the upper side container 11 and the lower side container 12 up and down and then both containers are relatively moved in the up and down direction to expose the upper face 12c of the lower side container 12 and after that, the garbage is taken out from the upper face 12c.
