To provide a garbage treatment machine which can continuously decompose garbage by maintaining the decomposition function of soil bacteria by the efficient dehumidification of moisture becoming excessive during treatment using both of ventilation and enforced dehumidification even when water becomes excess during the treatment and can be used economically.

The garbage treatment machine using aerobic soil bacteria is composed of an agitation chamber 2 fitted with garbage agitating blades 4, a blower 6 which supplies fresh air to the agitation chamber 2 and controls the temperature of the agitation chamber 2, a dehumidifier 8 for dehumidifying the agitation chamber 2, and a deodorization tank which deodorizes air recovered from the chamber 2 by aeration and discharges the air outside. The dehumidifier 8 can have a liquid pump which communicates with the deodorization tank and circulates a deodorizing liquid between it and the deodorization tank, and the agitating blades 4 are arranged horizontally so that their shafts are arranged in parallel, and each of them may have an exclusive driving machine.
