To efficiently perform collection work by appropriately responding to waste collection and work in association therewith even when an assembly of a plurality of stations such as an assembled station exists.
When the present station is specified, on-vehicle equipment 11 refers to a storage medium 14 to determine whether the present station is a normal station or the assembled station. In the case of the normal station, a worker collects waste and pushes a measurement start button 16b to start measurement, and the weight of the waste, an amount billed, and the like are printed by a printer. On the other hand, in the case of the assembled station, when the assembled station is specified, supplementary information on the assembled station is displayed, and partial stations composing the assembled station are displayed. Then, the worker selects the corresponding partial station from the supplementary information on the assembled station, collects the waste and pushes the measurement start button 16b to start measurement, and the weight of the waste, the amount billed, and the like are printed by the printer.
