To provide a garden plant stand, capable of cleaning air, by making the air pass through the soil which holds roots of plants, capable of easily conducting exchange of plant pots, making an air flow rate large, and capable of being easily maintained and managed, and to provide the plant pot used for the same.
This garden plant stand is equipped with a water container 21 for storing water in its bottom part, a plant pot 1 to be inserted into the water container, and a fan 25 for sucking air in an upper space 15 formed between the water container 21 and the plant pot 1, wherein the plant pot 1 has a partition for partitioning the inside of the plant pot 1 into a planting space and an aeration space at a height lower than an outer wall of the pot and having no air permeability, air holes for allowing the aeration space to communicate with the upper space 15 at a position lower than the top edge of the partition and higher than a water level of the water container 21, and water-flow holes for allowing the planting space and the aeration space to communicate with a bottom part of the water container 21 at a position lower than the water level of the water container 21. An installation used for partitioning a smoking area from a non-smoking area or a smoking stand is formed by arranging two or more plant pots.
