To provide a gardening heat-insulating and cold-protective sheet capable of preventing a plant to be cultivated in a flowerpot or a planter from standing decayed due to severe sunshine and water evaporation in summer, and protecting the root from severe coldness through covering the soil therewith, and to provide pins for holding the sheet.

This gardening heat-insulating and cold-protective sheet is characterized by comprising an aluminum sheet 1 having a thermal insulating material on the reverse face thereof and air-permeable holes 2 at the appropriate positions on the aluminum sheet, and by providing the sheet with a hole 4 to expose a plant therethrough and an incision 5 extending from the hole 4 to one side edge thereof. Furthermore, pins 3 for holding the sheet 1 are also provided.
