A volute pump 22 is so constitute as to position a solvent introduction port 23 for introducing a solvent and a solute introduction port 38 for introducing a solute on the opposite to each other while keeping a rotary plate 26 between the ports and a circular mixing chamber 39 is installed in the outer circumference of the rotary plate 26. A mixer 51 is so connected with a discharge port 40 communicated with the circular mixing chamber 39 as to be positioned in a space region above the volute pump 22 and a motor 27, and as to mix and stir the solvent and the solute discharged out of the volute pump 22 in the inside.
