Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide gas impermeable material and a simple method of forming a gas bag using this material.
CONSTITUTION: Two pieces of gas bag material 1 with a coating layer 3 made of nylon 12 on one face of cottom cloth 2 are provided in the state of the coating layers 3 facing each other and one side cloth end parts 4 being sewn to each other. After connecting plural pieces of the gas bag material 1 in this state, the coating layers 3 are disposed on the inner face side to form bag shape. After sewing one side cloth end parts 4 to each other or forming bag shape, the sewn parts are pressure-fixed by heating to form a gas bag.
