Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier aluminum vapor-deposited film that has an excellent gas barrier property against oxygen, water vapor, and the like, can be printed, and has boiling resistance.SOLUTION: The gas barrier aluminum vapor-deposited film is provided in which an anchor metal vapor-deposited layer, a vapor-deposited layer and a gas barrier resin layer are sequentially laminated on at least one surface of a polyester substrate, the vapor-deposited layer having a composition continuously changing from an aluminum metal layer to an aluminum oxide layer. The anchor metal-deposited layer has a coating weight of 80 to 120 ng/cm, the vapor-deposited layer having a composition continuously changing from an aluminum metal layer to an aluminum oxide layer has a film thickness of 20 to 150 nm, and the resin constituting the gas barrier resin layer comprises: a main agent composed of a copolymer containing as monomers three components including an unsaturated nitrile (a) in a percentage of 10 to 30 wt% relative to the copolymer, an unsaturated compound (b) having a hydroxyl group in a percentage of 30 to 70 wt% relative to the copolymer, and an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester (c) in a percentage of 20 to 60 wt% relative to the copolymer; and a hardener composed of a compound having isocyanate groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None
