On at least one side of the base material (1) of a plastic material, an undercoat layer (2) of a polyurethane resin, a gas-barrier film layer (3) containing an inorganic laminar compound and a water-soluble polymer as main components, and a thin vapor-deposited inorganic oxide film layer (4) with a thickness of 5-300 nm are laminated.
