Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce fluctuation of operating voltage by performing thermal treatment after non-electrolytic nickel galvanization as surface treatment of components in magnetic circuit of gas block valve to expose magnetic nickel thus reducing magnetic resistance. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic circuits 17, 18 for operating a valve rubber 14 is comprised of yoke 1, plunger 11 and spring 16 where non-electrolytic nickel galvanization is applied on the surface of material of yoke 1 and plunger 11 or iron then thermally treated. Consequently, iron applied with surface treatment will be magnetic material to prevent function of galvanized film as a magnetic gap thus to prevent deterioration of adsorbing force between plunger and piece resulting in elimination of fluctuation/variation of operating voltage of gas block valve, strict management of the thickness of galvanization film, facilitation of working of parts and cost reduction.
