Abstract:

To provide a gas charge management system, a water charge management system, a gas charge management program, a water charge management program and a storage medium for reducing gas and water charges whose collection is impossible.

In a gas charge management system 10, when gas for prepaid use charges is exhausted, a gas stop instruction is outputted from a computer 40 for intensive management to a microcomputer 22, and a gas valve 15 is closed so that the use of gas beyond the prepaid use charges can be made unavailable. In the gas charge management system 10 in execution configurations, the so-called payment failure of the gas charges can be prevented, and the gas charges whose collection is impossible can be reduced compared with the conventional manner.
