Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the time of analysis by increasing the temperature of a column and to keep the linear speed of the column constant so as to perform the analysis at the highest resolution all the time during the period.
CONSTITUTION: A control part 16 computes the inlet-port pressure of a column based on the length and the inner diameter of the column, program temperature and the data of a target column linear speed. A control valve 14 or a mass-flow controller 10 is controlled so that the detected value from a pressure sensor 12 becomes the inlet-port pressure P of the column.
