Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the reliability by simulating the operation at a pressure detecting section periodically.
CONSTITUTION: When the gas pressure in a gas passage drops below a predetermined level, a pressure detecting section 2 delivers a pressure drop signal B. When the pressure drop signal B is not delivered, a gas pressure drop signal D is delivered forcibly and periodically from a section 5. If a flow rate signal A is received during delivery of the pressure drop signal B or the pressure drop signal B is not present during delivery of the forced pressure drop signal D, an interruption alarm signal C is delivered from a pressure decision section 3.
