Abstract:
PURPOSE: To notify the possibility of failure to the outside if the usage of gas can not be detected for a predetermined interval.
CONSTITUTION: A zero flow rate period decision value communicating section 5 receives a zero flow rate period decision value D from an external communicating section through a public communication line and a zero flow rate measuring section 7 acquires an uninterrupting signal G and a flow rate decision value F. A zero flow rate signal H is delivered by making a decision that the flow rate is zero during the period of a zero flow rate period decision value E and an external communication/notifying section 8 notifies the external communicating section that the flow rate was zero during the zero flow rate decision period.
