PURPOSE: To increase the efficiency of energy by separating a handled gas component in a seal gas which flowed out of a rear stage compressor for the handled gas, and returning the separated handled gas to a front stage compressor, to be handled.
CONSTITUTION: A gas in fed into a gas centrifugal separator 16 and its pressure is increased, and the gas is pressurized by a reciprocating the gas compressor 9 and transferred to a bottle 8. When leakage has occurred on the shaft seal part of the reciprocating type gas compressor 9, the leaked gas is discharged by means of a carrier gas introducing out pipe 15, handled by a gas centrifugal separator 19, and again introduced into a gas recirculating pipe. Thereby, a gas can be charged into a bottle with a small energy consumption.
