Abstract:

To eliminate an O ring for sealing a space on the rear end face side of a rotor shaft.

A front side block 4 and a rear side block 5 are provided on both ends of a tubular cylinder 3, and a rotor rotatable by a rotor shaft 10 is arranged in the cylinder. A vane groove and a vane back-pressure chamber for reciprocatably accommodating the vane are formed to the rotor 6, and this compressor is equipped with a high-pressure chamber 15 and an oil retaining part 17, a lubricating oil space 35 on the rear end face side of a rotor shaft 10 in the rear side block 5, and an oil supply path 20 for supplying oil from the oil retaining part 17 to the oil accommodation space 35. An oil passage 40 for a vane back-pressure chamber, which is communicated with the oil accommodation space 35 on one end and with the vane back-pressure chamber 9 on the other end, is formed inside the rear side block 5 or the rotor shaft 10. A space on the rear end face side of the rotor shaft can be formed by the rear side block, and the O ring for sealing the high pressure chamber is eliminated for improving reliability. By eliminating the O ring, costs can be reduced and a man-hour of assembly can be reduced.
