An opening 66g on a side facing a vane back pressure space 69 in a passage 66a of a trigger valve 66 (pressure regulating valve) is opened at an eccentric position with respect to the center C of the vane back pressure space 69. Refrigerant gas G introduced in the vane back pressure space 69 by the trigger valve 66 is easily rotated in the specified direction in the vane back pressure space 69. Refrigerating machine oil R (oil content) in the vane back pressure space 69 is stirred by the rotational flow. The refrigerating machine oil R is misted or the refrigerant gas G is mixed therein. The distribution resistance of the medium (misted refrigerating machine oil R and the refrigerating machine oil R with refrigerant gas mixed therewith) in the path from the vane back pressure space 69 to a vane groove 59 is reduced, and the swiftness of the projecting operation of a vane 58 is enhanced.
