Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas compressor capable of preventing chattering of a vane by boosting a vane back pressure applied to the vane.SOLUTION: From an initial stage to near a final stage of a compression stroke, dredge grooves 21 and 31 are communicated with a vane groove 59 so that refrigerator oil of predetermined pressure is supplied into the vane groove 59, and from near the final stage of the compression stroke to near just before a delivery stroke, the vane groove 59 is shielded from the dredge grooves 21 and 31 and is formed into a hermetically closed space, and a back pressure is boosted by entry of a vane 58 into the vane groove 59 in accordance with the progress of the compression stroke. Further, a throttle hole 80 for releasing a part of the back pressure boosted in the vane groove 59 to a delivery pressure space side, and a throttle passage communicated with the throttle hole 80 are provided.
